Philosophy of Management and Leadership Skills
Herein is presented my culminating impressions of library management and leadership in general. A brief description on what management should be and my philosophy of management is followed by a comparison of why four leadership skills are important. Communication, motivation, decision-making, and delegation skills, as presented by Evans and Ward, are examined through bad and good examples.
