How can I find a good person to run my furniture manufacturing business?
I have been manufacturing furniture in Canada since 1984.Now I am 55yrs old.
I like to find some one who can take over from here and progress to make the company a better place to work.In doing so should be able to make some good living.Knowledge of furniture making would be an asset,But will train But one must be business oriented with knowledge of management.
The company has 15 employees.
